Knife River Care Center in Beulah needed their parking lot brought back to a clean, safe standard. That meant handling three things at once - sealcoating, crack sealing, and line striping. When you do all three together, you get a finished result that actually holds up.
We started with crack sealing to take care of the weak spots before they became bigger problems. Cracks left untreated let water in, and water is what destroys asphalt from the inside out. Getting ahead of that is the whole point. Once the cracks were sealed, we laid down the sealcoat to give the surface a fresh, protective layer.
Then came the line striping. Every stall, every visitor parking label, every ADA space and access aisle - all laid out clean and precise. For a care center, the ADA compliance side of this really matters. Residents, patients, and visitors need to be able to navigate the lot safely and without confusion.
This is the kind of work that quietly does a lot for a facility. It keeps the lot looking sharp, keeps it functional, and helps protect the asphalt investment underneath. Doing all three services at once also means less disruption to staff and visitors compared to scheduling multiple trips out.
A well-kept parking lot says something about how a facility operates. At Knife River Care Center, the lot now matches the care and professionalism you'd expect from the building behind it.
